KR Realty was opened in the fall of 2016. Kimberly Rodgers, Broker/Owner, has been in the real estate business since 2009. Real Estate has been a passion for Kimberly for as long as she can remember but it wasn’t until her girls were older that she felt it was time to get her license. You see, Kimberly was a stay at home/homeschool mom; her family came first. Once the girls were able to do their school work on their own, with some instruction, she felt it was time to get her license and get busy. She achieved her Salesperson’s license in 2009 and her Broker’s license in 2012 and then opened up KR Realty in 2016. Believing that real estate is not just about buying and selling but that it’s about building relationships, is what makes Kimberly so passionate about what she does. Her commitment to her clients does not end at the closing table!
